VDC Module update required

Can anyone recommend the easiest way to update the VDC module on a F series?

I have a front end knock and have read on a PUMA that a damper software update can stop the noise.

EDIT: Checked last programming date on ISTA+ for the module and found it had been updated 18.01.2019.

Easiest way, especially for someone who has to ask, is to take it to a Dealer.

I think either ISTA+ or Esys?

Currently running ISTA+ with PSdZData Lite.

If I overwrite with PSdZData Full, would the update of the VDC be possible with Enet Cable and fully charged battery?

ISTA+ and psdzdata Lite don't fit together.
For updating your VDC you need E-Sys + psdzdata Full.
ISTA+ can also making updates but no single ecus and not with an enet cable.
