Coding More Ambient Colors And Amber Sidemarker Delete?

Has anyone successfully done this yet? Can't figure out these two for the life of me. Coded various other things but these two have eluded me. Any help is appreciated.

Yep i've done this:

You need to check if BDC Body has a CACD 51dd
Parameter 360D are the colours
Convert the codes to hexadecimal
Then change one of the colours you don't like to new colour, I have a nice gold

Just to note menu colour names don't change

Hope it helps.

bimmercode ambient lightning

I want to know how to do it with bimmercode, I was trying today and found three options on head unit expert mode.
1. TC_COLOUR_SWITCH_ENSEMBLE
2. TC_HELLIGKEIT_AMBILIGHT
3. TC_INDIVIDUAL_AMBIENTELICHT

if someone knows what those options are for, share it

@MF-Racing,

What function do you code in BDC 51DD CAFD? Also, if the values are hexadecimal, how do you know what color is what value?

Thanks

360D , LIC_LCI_COLOR_PROFILES_DATA is for the combination of the colours
00 weiss
01 bronze
02 orange
blah blah

If you want to change colour, you need to get hex data for RGB

It is damn complicate to explain change color, but 360D is not that hard...

so, I will tell you 360D part first.
If you check out 360D you can see hex below
01, 01, 01, 00, 02, 02, 02, 00, 00, 00, 03, 03, 03, 00, 04, 04, 04, 00, 05, 05, 05, 00

those are combination of colors.

00 : white
01 : bronze
02 : orange
03 : blue
04 : green
05 : purple

MGU ambient options are

1. bronze / bronze 01 , 01
2. bronze / white 01 , 00
3. orange / orange 02 , 02
...

so You can see sequence now~!

@jaimeen77 ,

This is great!

Two other questions:
* Can you combine colors to create a new one shade?
* What is maximum number of colors?

Thanks

jaimeen77 So I can see how you have changed the color combinations by altering the sequence in 360D however, how do you create a new color? 00, 01, 02 etc are not HEX...would you replace those values with a HEX code instead? For instance if I wanted a new red color, would I replace the 2 digit code to "FF0000" for red?

Try this, 90, E0, 90 values -> FF,00,00 and check it out.
