Took delivery of my 2 Series Gran Coupe!

Took delivery of my 218i GC!! I have to say it looks so much better in the flesh than in photos. The snappy rocks blue paint really pops in the sun.

Not had loads of time to in it yet, but really happy with how it drives. The heads up display is awesome as is the Live cockpit.

Here are a few pics

I agree! i can't believe how many people are loosing their minds about the looks of this car. I think it looks pretty good actually for what it is. is it my favorite bimmer, no, but it's still looks sporty and aggressive. actually I just test drove an m235i this weekend and it was a lot of fun and sounded great too!

Looks really nice in that colour! Congrats on the new car, any further updates now you've had it for a few days?

I ordered a GC in Storm Bay (218i M sport) just before the Covid-19 lock down so with the factories and dealerships now closed I've no idea when it will arrive

I saw one today here in Czech. I have to say it doesn't look bad from the rear, but front :/... Anyways, guy who drove that seemed pretty cool so I at least heart some sound 😁. It was m235i btw

Congrats, looks nice! I like the new doorhandle illuminations. Didnt like the full roundel, this is more discreet. Enjoy the new car

BMW is going to sell a ZILLION of these cars. It's the Honda Civic and the BMW E36 of the 1990s. Plus putting a 4-cylinder turbo in it... it's going to be either a Tesla 3/Y for ecars or the Honda Civic/BMW for gas for the next generation of buyers.

Congrats on the car! I like the headlights and the color but overall this car looks pudgy. To each their own taste and I can't knock someone for getting what they like. Enjoy the car and I hope it's everything you imagined it would be and then some!

nice actually looks quite nice. it's not as plain as say an a3 or a a220 here in the states. I think they will sell better than the coupe for most people who just want a car.

I reckon most people saying they don’t like the design haven’t seen the car in the flesh. I test drove one at my local dealership the day it arrived and it looks so much nicer in person, pictures don’t really do it justice.

I’m not fussed about 6 cylinder rwd, I just want a nicely finished car big enough for the occasional trip and comfortable enough for everyday driving. Also I did not want a golf or an a3, CLA was not in budget and I got what I think is a great deal so I’m happy.

I just wish Covid19 would disappear so BMW could get on with building my order! There are more important things going on in the world right now so I guess I’ll just have to wait it out. Hope everyone out there is safe and well.
