Calling all automotive pricing analysts:
We all know that Fear is the oldest survival mechanism we have. On the other hand, financial anxiety is a beast on steroids that sometimes doesn't cooperate well with the new reality, and we have no other choice but simply adapt. I'm eyeing the new X7, but having in mind the current pandemic chaos, I'm asking myself the question - Is it a good time to lease/buy a vehicle and how does the current situation (really) benefit the buyer in this case? Every opinion and advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Specific to the Chinese COVID-19, yes, now would be a great time to buy. With the economy tanking, dealers are going to be jumping at opportunities to make a sale.
Me, I've literally lost $20k+ out of my X7 savings fund, that I had in the stock market. (sigh) Not a good time for me to pull my money out. Wish I had done it 2 weeks ago. |
