CCA rebate per calender year

Anyone know how they calculate the rebate time? It states one rebate per calender year, I took delivery early Dec, applied for it the same month but didn't receive the approval/check until Jan. Does that mean I need to wait til Jan 2021 to apply again if I got another BMW?

No, it's the date of you delivery/application - December 2020.

If that's true, and its per calendar year, then he should be fine now. He did one delivery/application in 2019 so should be good to go any time in 2020.

Be warned, they really mean one per year. I bought two cars in 2019 and they would truly only honor one rebate which seems ridiculous, but true.

But if you have an associate on your membership, you can each get the rebate in the same year. I have done this twice. In 2019 I got the rebate on my CPO M4 in August 2019 and we also got the rebate on my wifes i3 in October 2019. She is on an associate membership under me.

Is there an added cost to the association? They just changed the policy, new members have to wait 3 months or you have to buy the 3 year to get it immediately or something like that.

Wow, you just blew my mind... I wish I had thought of that, or they would have mentioned it in my many calls and emails with BMW trying to figure out their broken logic. Next time....

Think its now $10 for an associate member, it used to be $5

I just went to apply for my rebate yesterday and sadly found out that since I bought my car more than 60 days ago I missed the chance for the rebate. I bought the car on 12/28/19. Shame on me for being slow to apply for the rebate.

Hope this helps someone else not to procrastinate.

Who do you talk to about this? I bought the recent one with only me, can the next one have both our names and still qualify?

I think so, if the sig other is the primary owner on the next one. On the CCA website I believe there is a rewards@ or something email you can use to ask questions. Anytime I have ever had to communicate with them they always respond, though might take a few days.
