Winter tires and snow-driving in my 2019 X5 m sport

After struggling with the stock 21' m rims and summer tires, I changed them to Michelin snow tires and downsized 20' rims to have a better and safer driving experience here in Markham, Ontario, which turned out to be a really necessary choice for the g05.

Of course. That is why I am staying with the 20" with all seasons on my G06.
The performance tires are no good in snow, rain, or cold.

As soon as any summer tire gets cold, regardless of snow, there is no grip as the rubber is too hard.

I used to have 19' rims with all season tires on my f15 X5 and they were good for both summer and winter. But the only problem I had with those was that the rims were too small to look good. So I went for the 21' rims when I ordered my g05. To be honest, they look perfect for the size of the vehicle but the inconvenience of changing winter tires and rims is definitely the price to pay.

You're definitely right about that. I can't wait to get those m rims back as soon as the weather gets warm in here. The weather now in Toronto is crazy right now, so it's gonna be a couple of months before I get them fixed.

Which winter wheels are those? They look like the Drag DR-67, but slightly different.

You're providing the tires, which is great, but I'm asking about the wheels (rims). The blacked out rims in the upper left look like Drag DR-67, but not quite.

Sorry I saw the message just now. Those rims I have are from a brand called superspeed. Tires are Michelin alpin la2.

Those rims look awesome! I've seen these rims on a matte black 750i here in Markham. To be honest with you, I think black or darker-colored rims look way better on X5s. I'm actually thinking about getting my stock 21' rims painted black after I fix them back on my car.

No issues here with Nokian R3 SUVs in 295/35/21 all around, for anyone looking to run winter tires on 21" wheels.
