Definitely getting these for my next mod! Does suspension have anything to do with the dealership's warranty...?

... a coilover system will affect your suspension warranty in one way or another and they certainly won't replace a part on the coilover system but the FK's come with a lifetime warranty so your set on their parts!!

Will the car look slammed with the Highsport at the lowest? Comparable to the h&r race height?

According to the drop specs it should sit very similarly at full drop to what your looking for...
