Phone issues iDrive 7

I have an iPhone X, using Bluetooth, iOS 13.3.1, not sure which software are in the vehicles, we have a 2020 M5c and a 2020 X5 M50. When on a phone call, the bluetooth loses connection intermittently and the call switches back and forth from the vehicle to the handset/phone. Is this a known issue? is the phone just not 100% compatible?

Dumb question, maybe, but are the vehicles separated, such that you know your phone is not going from one to the other, via Bluetooth? That can happen sometimes, if you are within reasonable proximity to a second vehicle wherein your phone is registered.

I have noticed connectivity issues with iOS 13.3 (and 13.3.1). I don't use Bluetooth but I'm getting intermittent disconnects with CarPlay. I suspect it's an iOS bug. Do you have another device that you can test with?
