Car looks great man!

I am getting ready to do the exact mods. How bad were the front reflectors? I have read that they can be a bitch!

It is not hard. 3x 8mm screw, then push it out and install the painted one.

Most important part, do it while your car still new.
The older the car, the harder it is. Since the old double sided tape will most likely break in pieces and will take a lot of time to clean them out.

I have done plenty of them where it takes me 30 minutes for both side.

There are red reflectors on either side of the rear bumper that I blacked out with honeycomb inserts.
Check them out on IND-distribution.com

Yes stock hight for comp model which is a bit lower than the standard m5. If you look at a stick picture of a m5 you will notice red reflectors on either side of the bumper.

They were a little tricky but they come with a tool and it wasn't bad.

I really like the comp wheels in black. I’d consider doing same except my car is leased and I’m not sure how it would be viewed come lease return time.

Looks great. I’m debating 5mm or 12mm in the rear. I’ve been told anything in between might be an issue with the hub. From your pics it looks like the rear tire is past the top of the fender? Do you have a pic showing how far out the rear tire protrudes? Thanks!

I'm planning to install the 5mm spacers I just bought from IND on Friday, so I'll have some feedback once I get them on. So to clear up the issue with anything less than 10mm not working -- the 10mm+ spacers will have that lip that fits around the inner hub ring to keep perfect alignment. The 5mm spacer I received is essentially a spacer without the lip for the inner hub. The pics below are just pulled from random sites from a google image search, but they show the inner lip I'm talking about.

Two data points made me reconsider 10mm. Future Classic doesn't offer 10mm due to the hub size and lack of proper support for the wheel - per IND. And, this from Turner: "10mm Fitment Note: You must be very careful when fitting 10mm spacers to any BMW. Since the depth of the hubcentric lip will vary, you risk bottoming out of the spacer before it sits flush with the hub. This will leave a gap between the spacer and the hub, seriously compromising the strength of the spacer. The lip on the car may need to be shaved down so the 10mm spacer will fit flush on the rotor hat."

My car is leased..as long as car looks good the dealer usually doesn't care.
In fact the dealers here offer to do that as option.

It does not overhang the top of the wheel well

IND's messaging doesn't make much sense. I literally bought Future Classic 5mm and 12mm spacers from them a week ago... The 10mm or greater spacers are going to be hubcentric because they have enough room for a lip to mate with the piloting lip on the face side of the hub. Because the 5mm spacer is so thin, there's not enough material for a lip to make it hubcentric which is why it's a lugcentric spacer.

Here is the BMS 10mm spacer I originally bought from n54tuning.com:
https://www.n54tuning.com/g-chassis-...s-by-bms.html#

Here is the Future Classic 5mm and 12mm spacer recently bought from IND:
https://ind-distribution.com/collect...eel-spacer-kit

I'll keep you guys posted once I attempt to install them Friday

so the 10mm fits the rear hub no problem?

whats so special about G body versus other BMWs other than 5x112 vs 5x120?

Just got around to replacing the front (originally 10mm) with a 12mm, and put 5mm (no spacer originally) on the rears... PERFECTION.

Stance is not too aggressive, and it pushes the wheels out just enough to not wonder if the tires are sticking out too far at certain angles.
