Code 133E10 VVT and 123432 EWG

Have valvetronic code 133E10 and EWG code 123432, I've read this can be resolved with programming. Anyone have this?

Also anyone have ISTA+ or similar program to clear codes and or/reset in South Jersey?

133E10 means pending valvtronic issue (eccentric shaft or the servo motor itself).
