Drive train error on 340?
Sat at the lights waiting for them to change. Engine in standby mode as I was in comfort and it was fully up to temp.
Went to pull away, engine initially fired up and then died and chugged along at approx 10 mph and Drive train error came up on the dash. Stopped, waited 5 seconds, turned engine off, restarted, all good and remained so for the rest of journey which was many stop, starts and a B road blast. Car as done 30k, mine from new and has not missed a beat in the 44 months of ownership. 8k to its next service. Thoughts! |

I'd take it to my local dealer and ask them to run an exhaustive set of diagnostics on it for a couple of days and to lend me an M3 while that's being done

Never been lucky with loaners and truth be known the new car interest has gone from me and the latest BM's leave me cold. Think I will monitor and cock a deaf en until MOT time. |
