M340i Passenger Mirror Memory Issue

I'm finding that I position the passenger side mirror where I like it, put the car in reverse, the mirror dips so I can see the curb, but when I put it into park or drive it returns back to a different position. This is even after I hit the memory button prior. Has anyone else experienced this?
