 Hate that guy Marc....HA! Bad start... Let's do it again... A big THANKS! to Marc. A couple of weeks ago, my right side AEs would go dim and then shut off. WTF? I figure a loose wire. I checked and the lux4 fan was not working. I sent a message to Marc asking for advice and he promptly replied offering parts or asking to send the unit to him for repair. I sent him the unit and within a week, I had it back. All good now. Thanks so much Marc.

+1. the same thing happened to my lux2.0. i told marc about it and he said he could either fix it or upgrade it to lux5.0. i just ended up sending it back to him and upgrading it the lux5.0 with a small fee!!!
