my service light came on..indicating i need new oil change.
there is brake sqeaking sound whenever i accelate.

I called BJ, they set me up for sep 18th...which is the earliest date lol...'
I told them i need a loaner, she said they will give me....but she can't guarantee bmw car. I ask for bmw, she say she will give me a car but can't guarantee bmw. I said i know but I want bmw, she say she will give me car but can't guarantee......

I guess i am going to Autowest BMW. their service in BJ sucks anyways....

*dont ever get washed from there...

You can go to any dealer for service. The dealer you purchased from may give you a higher priority for a loaner car.

yea i stopped going to BJ awhile ago...it's too far for me anyways.

booked an appoinment today in BMW Store for the Sep. 9th...they can't gurantee a BMW as well

I've been told the BJ has stopped loaning bmw cars to their customers, because they have switched to a specific company that provides them with japanese cars. I believe it ends up being cheaper for them..

Does Autowest guarantee a bmw loaner. I plan to do my service with them instead, cause I don't like driving corollas for a loaner from BJ

I got a X3 loaner when my car was in for service at AutoWest. I think they have a decent sized BMW loaner pool and only use a rental agency when really busy.

Give them a call and ask.

My whole family stopped going to BJ BMW years ago. I won't even buy a car from them anymore. AutoWest has been good to me, and I'm going to make sure my father goes there when he decides to replace his E60.

I love BJ's, but I hate BJ BMW.

BJ are scammer. Had several problems in the first 3 months and out of 10 visits I never got a BMW. They sell you this but never deliver. You be lucky if they don’t put a dent in your car so I check every time you go. They have so many accidents there they even have standard form for repairs. The form says you can't go to NO 1. collision and other BS.

Autowest is the best dealer in town and they do the job right the first time. You can get appointment within 48-72 hour usually and they always give you BMW loaner.
