Question Clutch delay valve, stock???

I know that most normal BMW's dont have clutch delay valves, but dont the M cars have them out of the box????

You can't generalize it with M cars. Some do and some don't. Some of the E46 M3s had it and some didn't. It has been investigated and apparently the E92 M3s don't have the CDV.

Location of the CDV on D/S:

Comparison of CDV and larger valve on bench - casting numbers are slightly different:

Comparison of CDV orifice and line fitting:

The CDV does not appear to have any restriction, there is no need for replacement/modification.
