rear springs for an e91 are stiffer than e90 to deal with the extra weight. They will physically fit, but you will feel every bump. Generally not a good idea unless it is a track-only car (and even then you can do better).

I used E91 6cyl diesel pro kit on my E90 330i to have better control without the drop. Worked for me on the basis that the 6cyl diesel kit has slightly stiffer springs front and the E91 have stiffer springs on the rear than an E90.

Common to the E90/91 2wd there are;

Three rates of front spring;
11-20-013-01-VA-Rate 18.8N/mm: 4cyl petrol-axle weight up to 935kg
11-20-013-02-VA-Rate 18.8N/mm: 4cyl diesel/6cyl petrol-axle weight up to 1045kg (10mm longer than 11-20-013-01-VA)
11-20-014-04-VA-Rate 19.5N/mm: 6cyl diesel-axle weight up to 1090kg (10mm longer than 11-20-013-02-VA)

Four rates of rear spring;
11-20-014-01-HA-Rate 72.6N/mm: E90 only 4cyl petrol-axle weight up to 1085kg
11-20-013-01-HA-Rate 72.6N/mm: E90 4cyl diesel/6cyl petrol/E91 4cyl petrol-axle weight up to 1135kg (7mm longer than 11-20-014-01-HA)
11-20-014-05-HA-Rate 78.5N/mm: E91 4cyl diesel/6cyl petrol-axle weight up to 1200kg (3mm longer than 11-20-013-01-HA)

The German TUV approval has all the data. https://media.carparts-cat.com/pdf/E...2/E1020014.PDF

There is no difference in spring rate between 4cyl diesel e90 and E91 Eibach Pro springs, they are 10mm longer at the front and 7mm longer at the rear, so your ride height will be approx the same as stock.

If E91 is XDrive it will add about 250 lbs on the front and mid sections where all steel shafts, control arms, front sub frame, front spindle, and aluminum front diff, transfer case are.. RWD only adds about 150 lbs to the hatch. More with panaromic roof.

So between non xDrive, there's little difference in weight.

xDrive springs are a further 12mm longer than Touring with the same rate.
