This is probably a stupid question. But I can't find an answer anywhere.

I'm in the UK and just bought BM3 for my 420i. B48 engine.

I went for the stage 1 91 octane map.

I want to go to stage 1 93 octane map, my question is around the fuel, in BM3 it says 93 (98 Ron) now most of the petrol stations round my way sell 97 Ron fuel.

Is it ok to run the octane map on 97 Ron fuel??

Does anyone else do this?
