107,000 miles on 428i
I have 107,000 miles on my 2014 428i and I've had zero problems. Well, the check engine light came on at 35,000 miles (and remains on) and nobody seems to know why, but other than that it's been perfect. I use full synthetic oil and have it changed between 10,000 and 15,000 miles...whenever I get around to it. The car runs like new.
Sometimes the check engine light goes out for a few hundred miles, but it comes back on. Maybe it has something to do with fuel? I use about 10 different gas stations on a regular basis. Anyway, I'm sincerely hoping for 250,000 miles out of this car. I love it. |

It is refreshing to see someone go high miles on synthetic oil, which being synthetic, can totally handle that kind of mileage. I just posted here recently after my car crossed 100k miles. Sitting a little over 101k now and it runs like new and looks about 4-5 years old inside out. I think it will quite easily go to 200k miles.
