USB-C port behind the front seat

I'm wondering if anyone knows how much power the USB-C port behind the front seat is capable of. I tried plugging in my Google Pixel 3 and it's showing "charging rapidly" so the port is USB-C Power Delivery and I'm guessing at least 18W. But I'm wondering if anyone knows exactly. Thanks.

Google spec for pixel 3 says 9V/2A or 18w.
