Can you fit a baby travel system in the boot/trunk? (f30)
Sorry if this has been covered but I’ve tried searching and can’t find anything on the subject.
Does the F30 (saloon/sedan) boot fit a baby travel system in it? This is the fold up wheels for a pram/carry cot attachment, and then the pram attachment itself laying on top? I’m looking at a F30 possibly for my next car and just curious if it is actually big enough in there to fit one in? Short of going to my local dealer and checking.. has anyone any experience of this? Thanks! |

If the pram assembly doesn't fit the F30, you should look at the F36 GC as it's hatch should allow one to load the assembly without taking it apart. What's nice is the rear deck is removable and will allow taller items to fit in the trunk/boot.

It’s like a pram/pushchair/stroller that has different attachments for the top of the wheels depending on how old the baby is. I.E. you can clip in the car seat straight into the wheels when they’re little then it has a lay down pram/pushchair attachment too which fit onto it.
I would need to fit the folded up wheels and then the long flat pram attachment on top of / beside it. I’m going to view one tomorrow so I’ll find out but it’s a 2 hour drive.. was hoping someone knew |

Why don’t you take your system, rock up at a dealer and ask to look at an f30 and then give it a try?

Thanks for the info guys.
Checked out a F30 today (17 340i) and it fits no problem. More space than my golf R too which was a surprise. So I bought it! |
