Remote 3D View (Hungary, Europe)

I'm in Europe and I didn't have Remote 3D View feature in the past, but I've requested this through the app feedback and yesterday the remote button (Remote 3D View) appeared in my Connected app.
When I try to use it, says I have to set this feature in my car too in the Privacy setting, but I didn't find this setting menu in my car at all
(software version 07/2019.30 on the car)

Have you any info about this?
May it will be enabled in my area just I have to wait the next car-software update too?

Remote 3d view is only availble if you have parking assistance plus. Do you have this? It puts 4 cameras around the car, front grille, rear bumper and under the mirrors.

As Shanemeh said you need the relevant equipment on the car for it to work..

Yes, of course I have the required "parking assistance plus" in my car with all the four cameras on board. Additionally in the car's Privacy settings all the All services incl.analysis has been selected already.

I made few iDrive reboot and now the connection is OK, but still not enabled this feature on car's side.
I'll try to ask my dealership to fresh my car from 07/2019.30 to 07/2019.39
I assume that this feature in my country wasn't supported in the past, but now when the feature enabled in my app (two days ago) I need the latest car's side firmware (as far as I know the .39 contains Data Privacy updates too...)

Doesn't work for me. The other options are available but when using remote view it says an error has occured.

Yes I get the error sometimes and the app also crashes. I repeat and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Very glitchy!

Here is one I just did. Took two attempts and app shut down on successful attempt but 3D view was taken.

This is a photo of that view.

That replicates my experience. Generally, if the IOS app crashes/shuts down, when I reopen the app, a successful 3D snapshot has been captured.

The connectedDrive app on my S10+ constantly crashes everytime I click rmeote 3d view.
Talked to the dealer they told me there is some privacy issue ongoing right now and that's why it doesn't work but that makes no sense since it looks like it works for some.
Called BMW customer support and said lots of people are having this issue and is expected to be fixed in an Oct/Nov update
