Sway bar problem pls help!!!

Hey guys, I from Hong Kong, I got a H&R sway bars installed to my 2008 E90 335i both front and the rear with the OEM sway bar end link 2 months ago, and some noise at the rear of my car when I am running over rough road, the noises started from last month.

I also had a aftermarket suspension installed for a year and had lower the front.

First I was wondering is that the noises was coming from the suspension, so I go back to the dealer, after he took off my wheel, I could saw some scratches on both of the sway bar and the bottom of my car. My dealer told me that because the H&R sway bar are much thicker than the OEM one, and I am using the OEM end link that is too long for the H&R sway bar, so when I am driving on roughly road may cause the sway bar rubbing the bottom of my car.

Here is the questions,

1:Had anyone ever got this problem with the upgraded sway bar and OEM end link working together?

2:Could the rubbing still exist again after I have replaced a adjustable sway bar end link?

3:Any adjustable sway bar end link recommended?

Thanks a lot.
