ill tell you right now, if you only want to spend 300 bucks painting your kit its gonna look like shit. The color will not perfectly match your cars color, the paint will chip an a few months, and lastly it will look "waivy" and not smooth. Do yourself a favor and dish out more cash to someone who knows what they are doing. If you have the front bumper sides skirts and rear bumper id say 800 mayyyyyyyybe 600 should do the job. but just look for a reputable guy to do it. Otherweise your gonna go end up at some small hole in the wall auto shop that will get your nice BMW looking like a POS Honda.

Oh and as far as where to go get it done. Well if you dont mind the drive go to Azusa near the city of industry to a place called speed factory. In the rear theres a paint shop that does amazing work. Ive seen his stuff first hand, killer!! Im getting some custom things done there!

Try Quigley's in Lake Forest. I took my 'POS' Honda S2000 there to get an OEM bumper refinished. Came out great.
