Unusual glowplug fault

Hey all,

So last winter my car started to having hard times starting in minus degrees. Carly said three of six plugs were off. I ordered a beru kit from ebay with 6 new plugs + module.

Changed everything and now carly told me all 6 plugs were non functional. I thought plugs were bad and got 6 new plugs and changed AGAIN () Problem did not go away and plugs still did not work.

I ordered a second module and switched, STILL SAME PROBLEM!?

So another winter is coming and non of the plugs is working, what do you think the problem is ? Plugswires? +wire ?

Carly is saying 1,2,3,4,5,6 glowplug nonfunctional.

Car is a 325d m57 from 2009 (LCI)
Module is BERU GSE 102.

Maybe stating the obvious, but did you check the fuse?

That power wire going across the valve cover to the passenger side i believe.... check that because mine was left loose after carbon cleaning and it threw some weird glow plug and glow plug module faults.

Good place to check. 335stoner, I’m trying to get some contact info for BRR tunes. Having a hard time figuring out how to use this thread and PM system.

A 2009 M57? You sure it's not an N57?

I think you may have the wrong control module.
