Will BM3 void CPO Warranty?

Might be a dumb question but I just want to be sure. Will using BM3 void the factory warranty? What if I just use it for burble settings and the cold start option but no map tuning?

It depends on dealer and what kind of policy do they have on this sort of stuff.
But generally if you experience damage to the turbo or the engine BMW technicians can see that car was flashed.

So maybe talk to the dealer and ask them how they deal with stuff like this. If warranty is a must have for you than just dont go for BM3.

Simple answer is yes, if you get caught and they report it to BMW

Thanks for the help guys I'll ask my dealership about it!

Edit: if I decide to tune my car through dinan it should be okay correct? Or does that vary per dealership as well?
