Do you like the sound of your cold start or have you turned it off?

(My cold start has been off for a while but it's been almost 2 months since I've driven my car and instead been driving a new camaro - which has a decent cold start exhaust note, not nearly as loud as mine)

Thinking of turning mine back on when I get it back. Shop is repainting it.

Also wondering if it's bad for the engine to have the cold start turned off?

Since you have a catless downpipe, I'd turn it off. I actually haven't heard mine with the cold start on and catless, but I've heard that it's incredibly loud. However, if that's what you're going for then I guess it can't hurt to try it.

And no, it's not bad for the engine to turn off the cold start, it's only in place from the factory to heat up the cats.

I’ve got cold start set to factory but running 200 cell ER DP. So far since May it sounds ok. Maybe in the winter it will get worse.

Finally got car back keeping cold start off but burbles is most aggressive for a little while just for fun lol
