How low should I drop my car?

Im getting my 323 at the end of this month. Since im the type that can’t have it stock, I’ll need to drop it as well as other mods. My question how low should I drop it with the snow and all (not from here originally)? What springs do you guys recommend? I plan on getting 18inch rims, but using the stock rims for the winter time.

This is your first winter driving in Canada? or have you had experience?
If this is your first winter, then I think may be you want to wait a little bit before dropping the car.

I had driven in the snow this past winter. Let me tell you damm that was a bad winter. The reason im asking is because my old car was an E36 and I dropped it too low. When I went into drive ways my front tire would rub. Also speed bumps were not my friend. Just want to know what is recommended here in TO. Im planning to get H&R sport springs.

h&r race would be too aggressive, and shocks will not last as long

personally, i want to save up and get coilovers, so during winter i can raise it up
but for springs, h&r sports are a great choice, and heard many good things about them

If you had driven a dropped car past winter then you know what sort of clearance you need do according to that.
Like every one said here H&R will be a good springs, but I think you are better off getting the coilover's. I did some research on this (Even though I don't drive my car in Winter) and decided to do the coilover.
Good luck

add some bricks on the back of the car. CHEAP SLAMMING!

jk.. H&R sport + aftermarket shocks is prorbbaly the best /cheapest solution for lowering the are car
