Rattling noise from rear seat area and loose noises from boot area

Anybody experiencing these noises from the X5 ?
Sometimes I can hear some of the interior parts making noises when breaking harder than normal as well.

The rattling noise comes near the rear seatbelt area but not the seat belt.
The boot area makes a noise when going over speed bumps.

Noticed these when the music is not playing. Now I can notice it even when its on.

Other than these issues the car has been great.

Yes, I have these. I have not been able to eliminate. I was able to help one by slightly adjusting the front passenger seat (it would creak under acceleration and braking).

Actually, read this thread: https://g05.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1565512

Not sure if it is what you're hearing going over bumps, but this solved some of the issues too. But I still have random noises from the back seat area.

Hey all,

thanks for the help and pointers.

For some reason the note from the boot area has disappeared. I have a feeling that one time the tailgate was not closing tightly via the automatic tailgate mechanism.

However the rattling noise in the rear seat area still persist and am unable to find the source.

Noise created due to braking and accelerating also still exist.

will be taking it to the dealer and get it checked. hopefully the find the source.

Interesting that you experience this too. Is it a creaking sound? This is one of the most annoying ones if you are driving through a neighborhood, for example, with lots of stop signs and turns.
