I didn't receive the Key Card when I got my car and apparently my parts department has no idea what I'm talking about. I read them the part number for the key and 1. They said it would cost 90 to order 2. I couldn't order it without having to set up a 90 configuration appointment as well.... any advice

Just like MystroX5 said, start with the sales man. Mine did not have the card and they gave me the wrong one as well but in the end I got the right one and works awesome!!! There is no cost for 1 and there is no setup at ALL that you need them for. Youtube how too it takes 15 sec or less. Your dealer is bad and you need a new one!!!

Mine was also early Nov build and did not come with the card. Once card released I asked and received. One thing you can do is call BMW support and simply ask why you don't have a card for the feature you have. They can send it directly to you as well or local dealer parts counter, all they need is some information from you. Try to work around your crazy dealer.....
