The good:

• PCD was great and recommended
• Car drives well and overall I'm happy with the car
• Parking cameras and self-parking are very nice and more useful than I expected
• Electronics have worked well*

The bad:

• Carplay works correctly 30% of the time (the wireless on/off toggle suggested in another thread does seem to help)
• The iphone app is very unpredictable and works 15-20% of the time. Also, when it does work, the functions are very slow (multiple mins.)

I did notice that the BMW connected services are dated from the purchase date. This is roughly 4 weeks before I took delivery of the vehicle at the PCD Center. I've asked if the dates could be moved to the delivery date.
