Windshield Issue or Wind screen problem

Has anyone encountered this issue of streaking on the windshield that won't wipe off?

Try wiping the window down with isopropyl alcohol. If that doesn't work, then you can clay bar the windshield. I've done it before and it will remove anything. Just be sure to remove all leftover quick detailer or whatever you use as clay lubricant.
