Which year has LED tail lights?

Good evening everyone, new to the forum. I'm looking to upgrade from my TLS to a 5 series sometime next year. I was behind a beautiful 535i today and it had red LED tail lights and turn signals.

Wonder what year does that start at? 06 07?

thanks everyone.

Started from MY 2008

Personally, I hate those US-spec LED turn signals in red color. They look just like a modified boy-racer-style Honda Civic.

If I bought an LCI E60, the first thing I would do is get rid of those immediately and buy a set of Euro-spec tail lamps whose turn signals flash in yellow LED's from eBay.

lol i thought they looked...different from the usual amber.

Wanted to get 06 if possible to avoid the turbo engine. Does the 07 have turbo too?
