So I currently have a 2015 M50D (F15), which I have had for over 3 years now, that I bought in cash. It is ex BMW UK car in v high spec.

I have now ordered a new one with the following spec - due for delivery in Early / Mid Sep:

Phytonic Blue
Extended Black 'Merino' Leather
Visibility Package
Technology Package
Comfort Package
22" 742 Alloy wheels
Towbar, electrically folding
Sky Lounge panoramic glass sunroof

Dealers in the UK are offering some tasty promotions for orders with delivery in September.

Originally wanted to order the new M50i, but that doesn't qualify for the finance offers as delivery would not be until October. Taking that and the extra purchase cost and running costs of the M50i into mind, I decided to stick with the M50d, which works great for me, as I like to load it to the gills and stomp around on all that torque!

Congrats! looks like a beautiful spec, I wish we could have the option of the M50D here in the states. Can you confirm that you're being informed that your Model Year 2020 X5 is currently in production, not 'scheduled for production'?

So it is definitely 2020 MY, currently locked for production, due to start production week 31 (next week), with UK delivery week 37 (early-mid Sep)
