hose clamp failures

Not trying to call them out but has anyone else had issues with VRSF hose clamps? I have had three of them fail over the past couple years since they were installed with my charge pipe and intercooler. One failed within a year with the last two a couple years later but within the past month. Its only a minor inconvenience but i'm wondering if I just had some bad luck or if I should swap out the remaining before I end up with another boost leak.

The stainless worm drive clamps I have replaced them with have not had any issues even though I am in the salt belt and its my winter car.
