e90 bumper to lci bumper

hi.seen a few threads on here about the bumper change but not really sure i have the right answer.so just wondering if some1 can help me.
i have an e90 msport and wondering if i can swap the front bonnet and the front bumper to the facelift LCI msport parts. is it just a straight swap or do i need to buy new front grills for the bumper?
i take it i do need to change the bonnet or could it be done without changing it and just changing the bumper and grills.cheers

if you have pre-LCI and want to swap to LCI, you will need a hood, bumper and kidney grills.

I'm sure the front end is different.
