Help urgently needed please jerky ride

Yesterday made a long trip to stafford then leicester and back to london. Normally even with people in back i get a little tyre rub on rear arches. But on return to london back drivers side wheel started rubbing alot. Any how checked air pressure all was fine then on M25 the car felt like i was driving on a really uneven small bumpy road. So whilst doing about 50mph I thought it could be a misfire so at 50mph I put in neutral and still ride is jerky. At idle engine purrs no misfire or anything seems like car jerks when moving only please guys any ideas its 2007 335i auto

I plugged in the obd adapter used carly to read codes and only get the 0029e0 and 0029e1 codes which is a moxture issue but i have had that for some time
