f30 MUFFLER DELETE RATTLE

Was wondering if anyone else can help me out. Just recently got a muffler delete completed and i decided to keep the flap that opens and closes attached to the system just in case i wanted to switch it back to stock in the future and i'm getting the rattle from it sometimes (not sure if it's when it's open or closed as i'm assuming when it's closed) was wondering how others have gotten the muffler delete and what they have done to get rid of the rattle from that flap on the left side exhaust pipe. I know there was a short thread about this in the past but i'm unable to find it.

Sounds like the muffler shop didn't secure the flap and it's rattling against something. Can you physically see it from underneath?

The spring clip came off of mine, it rattled randomly.
