I can take a pic but I have to remove the wrapping. ok will post a pic later tonight.

No they aren't painted and will not get them painted.

miraclewhip : I haven't receive the replacement splitters yet but here's what I'll do if you want. I'll take out the splitters I have installed on my car and give it to you for free. But one of the splitters has a minor ding on it, barely noticeable.
