One new tire. Braking issue now

Replaced a blown rear tire with a new one a month ago, the rest are about 60% tread life. After replacing the brake pads last week I noticed a lot of brake dust on the rear wheel with the older tire. Thought the caliper was dragging after replacing pads so i replaced the caliper but the issue still persists. Then i realized it might be the E-diff causing me issues and engaging due to a slight difference in rolling diameter. Does this make sense that the stability control would see the steering wheel angle at 0 and slight difference in wheel speed thinking I'm losing traction thus engaging the brakes on the one corner?
