CCC to CIC retrofit help

Hey guys so I’ve thrown in the headunit and screen, kept the original controller, need help getting the navigation to work. When I got it, I was told I needed coding done to make sure everything is fully functional. I have no idea where to begin. Who can help? Maybe take me step by step through the software? Is there anyone local to me (San Antonio, Tx) that can help? I can PayPal some cash your way.

And no I didn’t search cause well let’s be honest, this was easier.

If you want to mail me your CIC I can update the firmware, VO code it and flash new FSC codes.

It would have been easier and probably cheaper to just go this route. It had a lot more better options then the factory.
