Enable Nav on replacement CIC *NOT UPGRADE*

My car came with CIC from BMW, but the unit started to fail with constant resets ever 2-3 minutes. I bought a new one from eBay (ended up being from an ///M) and installed it.

It showed a bunch of ///M options I didn't have and navigation worked, but cameras didn't work and no audio came out of the speakers. I did a recode to factory settings through NCS Expert and now everything works except now navigation is now disabled.

I found a few threads with dead links or ways to get nav to work on an upgraded unit. My understanding is that it's just a VIN mismatch. What do I need to do to get it working? Are there any threads with working links to the files I need? It's weird that nav worked fine when I booted it up the first time, so I'm not sure if that's the same case.

You need to have the CIC updated to the latest C1A firmware, change the vin, and flash new FSC codes. I do this all of the time for the CIC kits. You can find everything you need online.
