APPS: Weather/News Not Loading

Anyone know how to fix this? Nothing happens when I click on the app or say "Hey BMW open weather/News".

Always reboot iDrive. 97% of problems are fixed by a reboot much like a smart phone.
30 second hold down of power button.

Make sure you update apps and services in addition to what was said above.

To do this, open Apps, press Options and then select Update Apps and Services.

I find that a reboot is a temporary solution, and the issue will come back quicker and quicker each time until you update.
