New brakes and rotors about a month ago. Some oil has coated my front passenger wheel well. Caliper seems to be rubbing on back of wheel on full turn. Rotors and pads are said to be for my make and model. Also have a leak that may be from the transmission as my oil pan was covered a good bit. Link to pics. https://ibb.co/PMBYQKL

Caliper definitely appears to be rubbing on the rim. We need some farther away shots of the whole area/caliper to be able to make a determination on what is wrong though.
If a shop did this take it back and tell them to fix it along with reimbursing you for damage to the rim(s). Also, if the caliper is actually rubbing on your rim, it will rub all the time and not only at full lock, as the caliper moves with the wheel/spindle/hub. |

I will take some more pics later. Also the rotors are Zimmermann part #34116854998KT3 and Akebono pads part #EUR1061. Ordered from ECS and it said they fit my 08 328xi. Stock front suspension. OEM Bilstein in rear. I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced last year at the dealer. Those fit fine and are flush with the pads reaching to the end of the rotor creating even wear. For the new pads up front I had them install new slide pins and and the boots as well as the sensor wire and anti rattle clips. I will note that the oil on the wheel well is not visible on the tire or any component behind the wheel even the CV boot. That’s another issue though. I’ll run Schawben scanner for codes, but no check control messages from the car at all.

Looked at the pics again, definitely something going on as it looks like the pad isn't sitting right on the rotor or something. Definitely looks very odd, need a farther out pic.

Apparently the rotors are 300x24 and mine are required to have 312x24. Brake pads also wrong manufacture date for model. Surprised they even installed them knowing they weren’t sitting correctly.
