Can't log in into MyBMW in Canada
Ok, BMW Canada can't figure this out. In fact, I am told, it's been escalated to BMW Munich, still nothing. 3 weeks now, right from pickup. If I enter an intentionally invalid password, it gives a different error message, one appropriate for wrong password (i.e. this is not a password issue). Clearly this is some kind of a corruption of BMW user database, but they can't figure it out.
This forum is way smarter than BMW. Any ideas? |

Works for me now as well, discussed in another thread. It took BMW 4 weeks to figure out that the solution to this problem was for them to delete my account and for me to then recreate. Their systems corrupted their own user database and took 4 weeks to resolve for a customer. Sheesh. Anyways, works now, as well as the basics of Connected Drive app.
