AC isn't getting really cold

It's moderate at best. Any way of testing it to see what's wrong?

Best to have mechanic do a/c diagnostic work; they have proper vac/fill and leak test capabilities.

System may just be low on Freon, the system is sealed but leaks are not all that uncommon and over several years system can lose enough to affect cooling ability.

If it's consistently mild, then you have a leak. I've also had an issue where it starts off cold but after 20 minutes or so it gets warmer... you just blow a little hot air and it resets... happended 2-3 times last summer.
