DAB retrofit

Hi all, I’ve recently bought a X2 without the DAB(+) option. Is it possible to retrofit this option? If so; is it only coding or do I need extra parts (which parts)?

Nb; I have the Navigation Plus and the Hifi-upgrade.

Doubt it. We've been talking about this elsewhere on the forum.

Hello,

The path of the DAB module antena is quite intuitive. I have made the installation today, but I haven't coded the headunit yet.

First you need verify if the current module and headunit have the DAB connection.

The antena enter the rubber passage that connects the trunk to the car. It is necessary to disassemble the plastic cover on the inner side of the trunk and fix the antena attaching it to the body metal inside.

Then pass the wire antena with the other wires on the left side of the vehicle.

Arriving at the driver side, the antena passes in front of the seat, close to the subwoofer and climbs up the side of the center console. (unfortunately I forgot to take a photo).

Connect to the heaunit (yellow conector) and assemble everything back, then code.

DAB module installed, theoretically just coding was missing.

It took me a while to program due to the rush at the end of the year.

I added SA 654, but no station appears.
What could I be doing wrong?
