G20 loaner while my car is getting serviced
Got this loaner while my 328i is getting serviced/inspected (story for another time)
it's going to be a fun memorial day weekend.

Let us know pros/cons. I had limited time behind a g20 last weekend during UDE and I was impressed with the handling/steering.

Unfortunately, my dealer doesn't have a G20 loaner, so I'm driving an X3 for the long weekend. I did take an M340i for a test drive and liked it a lot. My favorite touch was moving the nav screen down into the dash so it doesn't look like somebody stuck an iPad into it.

What is this world coming to?
When I was a kid peter pan would show up at your window and invite you to fly away with him. Now he just rolls up in a BMW?

I got the same loaner car but in black from East Bay BMW. It's a decent car but...
1. There's A LOT of buttons/touch screen options/etc. 2. The drivers seat is a little cramped and I am on the short side at 5'7" 3. The 4-cylinder turbo has a pretty fun kick at 70mph+ when you floor it 4. Body style can go either way. Not the most flowing lines. 5. Steering feel is better than my 2015 435i. 6. Car does *feel* more nimble - but this is also a 4-cylinder and a few pounds less than my F32. |
