Help on Hard wiring V1
I finally got the fuse tap, however I could not find the 1amp fuse. The smallest I found was a 2amp. Is this ok? Thank you.

Yes, this will be fine. Believe it or not the goal of adding the fuse is to protect the fuse in the car! This way if your V1 or its associated power wiring shorts, you will not blow the car fuse and take out other electronics in the vehicle. The smallest fuse normally seen in car is 5A, so your 2A fuse should easily blow before the car fuse

Thank u! I just thought the smaller the better because less current before the fuse blow. 2amp would mean more current. But thanks for your confirmation.
