Installed intake on my 320i!

Here a quick little video for anyone that's considering installing an intake on their F30 320i (or any BMW with an N20) and wants to hear how it sounds. I installed an injen cold air intake, as well as a JB+. Definitely makes driving this car so much more fun. Feel free to ask any questions.

I will definitely be needing an exhaust soon! Any recommendations?

I recommend going back to stock intake. This topic has been covered many times, there is no performance increase, only potential harm to be caused.

Hmm...I'm aware that performance is only minimally increased, but I haven't heard of anyone causing damage due to their after-market intakes. Could you care to elaborate?

the damage is not to the intake but to the engine, caused by more particulates ingested due to poorer filtration by the gauze filter. you'll probably have moved on to something else by the time the damage, if any, will have become an issue.

also, although these short rams have better flow, the underhood air temp in a hot engine bay that the intake is utilizing may even reduce performance.

since it's already installed and you're happy with the "ppppsssssshhhhhh", i say enjoy it
