Hassel BMW?

Does anyone have any experience with Hassel BMW service department?

They are willing to fix your car until it's right, even if that means 5 different visits - and with them, it takes 5 different visits.

They are good, not great.

Hassel is great with customer service. Not sure about service though.

I was just there recently. My iDrive wasn't turning on (no nav, no radio, nothing). I dropped it off one day, picked it up the very next. They replaced the CCC and DVD/CD drives, all under warranty. My SA was Peter, I thought he was great. I'd go back for future service (unless there's a better choice?).

I recently used Hassel service when I needed my alarm activated and to fix the iPod connection. They fixed the problem, activated the alarm, and my car was ready when they said it would be. No scratches.....believe me I spent 5 min looking for any scratches.

I would recommend them for service.
